Lucky Snapping in 2013: Affairs part IV - Update

...
At the end of January 1989 two of my colleagues from the University - Darina and Nikolay helped me for a project on "Machine details". The same day I had to present it, so I stamped the semester.
I showed it to them during the lunch break. I've featured all night and I had made a mistake a lot of fatigue / exhaustion/.  When I opened my drawings we cried - Oh - no! They began to deleted and correct. That I can not forget - they featured on a round plastic table in the cafe! Half hour later I presented my project successfully.
Several days later, I invited them to the sweet shop / confectionery/. We went to the new building of the National Palace of Culture. The evening was wonderful. We talked a lot and laughed a lot. Our difficult tests ahead, but tonight we were free! At one point, Nikolay said:
- Can you guess who was the first person from our group, I met?
Even repeated the question. Darina laughed:

- Wait! Do not be one of us?
Silence.
"It can not be!"

 - How? - She continued. - Where?
And he began to tell. I bowed my head and listened, I didn't dare to look at him.

 - Don't you remember? - The tone was different.
Said reproachfully. It took me out of lethargy and I said:

 - I am. I was.  -I smiled even.
- Don't you remember?

- I remember, of course.
- Then what?

 ...

addition

        In the summer 1989 we
went on our practice in Poland. Nikolay didn't want to because the situation there, but I've finally decided!  / I'll go with or without you!/
We departed 3 girls and 3 boys. Our little group had two leaders - a Bulgarian professor and one Polish.
In Poland, we met with other groups - from Russia, East Germany, Czechoslovakia and Poland. Of course - we were in buses - Bulgarians with Russians; The Germans were with Czechs and Slovaks and the Poles. We have not worked there - we just showed various companies and factories, castles and museums.
I am writing this for two reasons:
1. - Of the three boys and three girls received two marriage / 2 families over time. /
2. - The difficulties that we experienced there after August 1, 1989 - when prices in Poland jumped twice!
/ We had no money and wanted to re-certified immediately our return tickets! This proved impossible as we traveled in a package - a group
Airline Ticket /
- The difficulties rallied us and showed us that we can cope with critical situations.
Then we saw things that were unknown to us. A few months later - in November 1989 the change caught up us. Part of what happened, we were already have experienced in Poland.

We believe that if you laugh at March 1st - then you'll be happy for a year.

A JOKE
Employee:
- Boss, can I have a day off tomorrow?
Boss:
- So, you want a day off. Let's take a look at what you are asking for:

There are 365 days per year available for work. There are 52 weeks per year, in which you    already have 2 days off per week, leaving 261 days available for work.

You spend 16 hours each day away from work,  which makes 170 days, leaving only 91 days available.

You spend 30 minutes each day on coffee break,  which counts for 23 days each year, leaving only 68 days available.

With 1 hour lunch each day, you use up another 46 days, leaving only 22 days available for work.

You normally spend 2 days per year on sick leave. This leaves you only 20 days per year available for work.

We're off 5 holidays per year, so your available working time is down to 15 days.

We generously give 14 days vacation per year, which leaves you only 1 day available for work.
And I'll be damned if you're  going to take that day off!
