The colors of winter - pictures

A walk in the park and wonderful time for this winter season

made me pull out my camera and take some pictures.

 ***

So it seems the building where we live -  a view from the park.

Peace and quiet.

Yours truly

Except me and a mother with a baby carriage there were no other people / visitors /.

This wonderful snowman waiting for me here.

What a nice surprise!

All this inspired me to do a winter card, which you can see here.

IKEsWORLD CHALLENGES #80 - ANYTHING GOES with a TWIST

We are in the second week of the IKEsWORLD CHALLENGES #80 - ANYTHING GOES with a TWIST - use a Bow.
As free image we have these wonderful snowdrops - one of my favorite images of Ike -   - Years ago was Friday Freebie, then I ordered it to have it always..
The image with two children was also Friday Freebie.
I imagined that it would be a Christmas card - image - black and white - like an old photograph (because these are a wonderful S. and her brother!) - And I would add - Santa Claus!
I really wanted to do such a card, but something happened.
Now, when I was looking in my folder with paper printings of images of Ike, again I came across this and wondered:
What is the thing that can so glad to surprise those children?
 - A train! That's it.
Here's my cards - I hope they inspire you to new creations.

This morning I showed my card to  Kathy. She laughed and said:
        - Oh, the green hornet! Awesome! Do not you know that?
So that my children's card turned out - Universal!
