My idea here is COVID-19

Something that put us outside the comfort zone 

The name of this virus has the word "crown" in Bulgarian

Where did she come from? 

Created as something different 

and nowadays placed outside her comfort zone -

she's a killer.

Here we (people) are like some penguins in an unusual situation 

who are given 2 left shoes ...
